How to Purchase Accessible Raleigh Transportation (ART) Tickets

A valid ART II ID card must be presented when purchasing tickets. This rule will apply at Moore Square Transit Mall Booth and at the collections office located at the Raleigh Municipal Building on 222 West Hargett Street.
All ART Customers are able to purchase ART Tier II tickets via the U.S. mail. The tickets must be mailed to the clients recorded address listed on their ART Tier II identification card.
It is our intent to make sure that ART Customers are provided the highest level of customer service by the City of Raleigh's Transit Program.
