Due to scheduled system maintenance, City of Raleigh utility customers may experience intermittent disruption of payment services when making utility payments online or via the phone system this Saturday, Feb. 25, from approximately 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The City of Raleigh regrets the inconvenience as we update our system to better serve you.
