Parking Citation Payments

Visa and MasterCard payments only are accepted. You must enter both your citation number and license plate number.

1. Make Check or Money Order payable to City of Raleigh.
2. Please include the Citation number and Vehicle License Number with your payment.
3. Include your name and address on the envelope.
   
4. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
5. Send to:

You may pay in person between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except for City-observed holidays, at:

Please note: If your vehicle has been booted for delinquent citations, you must attend in person to settle your account at the ParkLink Office between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday:

If you feel unjustly cited for a parking violation or if you believe the citation/ticket was issued in error a two-level appeal process is provided under City Ordinance 11-2025.
