Manage your utility account from anywhere

Online options are available to help you manage your account quickly, easily, whenever it's convenient.

Start Service

To open a utility services account online, complete and submit a Start Service on New Account Request.

  • Applications should be submitted at least 3 days in advance of the service start date. If you need utility service started sooner, call our Customer Care representatives to assist you.
  • New service connections are only handled on weekdays during normal business hours (except holidays).
  • Every new account is required to pay a $50.00 service initiation fee. A credit letter will NOT be accepted in lieu of this fee. All new customers will be required to pay a $50.00 deposit. In some cases, previous customers starting service at a new address may also be required to pay a $50.00 deposit. Service initiation fees and deposits will be added to the customer's first utility bill.

For more information about fees and deposits, follow the link below.

Stop Service and Request a Final Bill

To stop utility services online, complete and submit a Stop Service on Existing Account Request.

  • Service disconnections are only done on weekdays during normal business hours (except holidays).
  • The final utility bill will be calculated from the last meter reading at the time the services are disconnected.
